Who is this training aimed at?

This working safely training is aimed at all employees of any level who want to learn about the basics of health and safety in the working environment.

Although some of the examples within the training might not apply to your exact organisation, it’s the principles being taught that are transferable and why this training is effective in building employee awareness of health and safety.

Some organisations may decide to roll out this training based on risk, as some roles may carry a higher chance of injury. Regardless, this training is applicable to any and all employees.

What will my employees learn?

This training will go back to basics and explain why it is important that workers follow rules and safe systems of work.

The perception that accidents only happen to someone else is quite common, leading to many employees ignoring safety guidelines, so a lot of that view will be explored and simple systems introduced.

The duration of the training is 105 minutes.
