Safeguarding Vulnerable Adults Training

This course is more specific to vulnerable adults, who are defined as – “any person aged 18 or over who is, or may be, unable to take care of him or herself against significant harm or exploitation”. If your employees work in a nursing or care home looking after elderly or vulnerable adults, they will need to go through an adult safeguarding course. This course teaches your employees how to notice signs of abuse, who to contact to investigate further and ensures that no vulnerable adult is abused or mistreated while in your care.

Do I need to go through safeguarding vulnerable adults training?

If you work with vulnerable adults you are required by law to go through this type of training. This includes a variety of professions, such as:

• Nurses
• Care workers
• Health and safety advisors
• Teachers
• Doctors

How much does the safeguarding vulnerable adults training cost?

The safeguarding vulnerable adults costs £35 per person/license and can be ordered directly from here.

If you need to provide this training to more than 25 employees, then the following discounts will apply:

5% discount for orders of 25+ courses
7.5% discount for orders of 50+ courses
