Who needs to go through this training?

Everyone. To create a supportive workplace, it is essential that all employees have an understanding of mental health disorders. These conditions can affect anyone, regardless of their gender, social background, intelligence, or any other factors. By increasing employees’ awareness about the signs and symptoms of mental health conditions, we can establish more effective support mechanisms to aid. Often, a colleague may notice changes in behaviour more easily than the person dealing with the issues themselves.
