Key Legislative Change in April 2015

The Health & Safety Executive (HSE) has adopted a more effective way of communicating legislative changes to assist business and other stakeholders. These health and safety updates occurs twice yearly and the first date is fast approaching. Key dates are:
• 6th April
• 1st Oct

First health and safety update 2015 which will be of importance within England, Scotland & Wales will be the Construction, Design and Management Regulations (CDM) 2015.

We will be running a 4 part blog series on these Regulations in April, pulling together in a simple way the key changes and the new requirements for dutyholders.  This change will occur on 6th April.
