Our food hygiene and safety training courses meet the requirements for demonstrating appropriate training for staff who are involved in handling low-risk or wrapped foods and those who prepare food.
This training also fulfils the requirements to have training that covers the food supply, production and service chains. Our training covers the three main food sectors retail, manufacturing and catering.
Level 1 Food Hygiene and Safety Course
This training is suitable for a variety of staff including those new to the area of food safety who have minimal or no experience.
Staff are not involved in the preparation of food and therefore they will be mainly handling food that is already prepared (wrapped) and therefore pose a lower risk. This training is ideal for:
- Supermarket workers
- Waiters and waitresses
- Kitchen porters
- Warehouse and delivery drivers who are handling food

Level 2 Food Hygiene and Safety Course
This course is for those who are directly handling, preparing, which could include cooking or manufacturing food. It also includes extra pest control and hygiene lessons. This training is ideal for:
- Food factories
- Breweries
- Abattoirs
- Schools and hospitals

Level 3 Food Safety and Hygiene Course for Supervisors
This course is for taking on greater responsibilities for food safety management and ensuring that staff are trained and following food safety and hygiene standards. This training is ideal for:
- Senior Chefs
- Managers
- Supervisors
- Business Owners

HACCP Level 2 Course
This training is suitable for those who have already taken the level 2 food hygiene and safety course. If you are implementing a food safety management system within your business then this course is for you. If you are preparing and handling food, then this course takes your knowledge to the next step of understanding food safety management principles.

What does the food safety courses include?
Both food hygiene and safety training levels include the same modules. However, the level 2 course provides more more detailed information as required for those will be preparing and handling. HACCP Level 2 Training:
The cost is £35 per person/licence and can be ordered directly from here.
If you need to provide any of these training courses to more than 25 employees, then the following discounts will apply:
5% discount for orders of 25+ courses
7.5% discount for orders of 50+ courses
10% discount for all orders over 100 courses
You can mix different courses at different prices to get to the minimum discount number of 26.
Level 3 Food Safety and Hygiene for Supervisors:
The cost is £125 per person/licence and can be ordered directly from here.
If you need to provide any of these training courses to more than 25 employees, then the following discounts will apply:
