We have worked with Ray Howlett on a consultancy basis for various commercial refurbishment projects on CDM and we have been thoroughly pleased with the service he has provided. He is very knowledgeable and always happy and willing to explain anything we were unsure about.

Ray assisted us to implement a proper Health & Safety policy. setup a risk assessment system, and more. He also liaised with a Fire Safety assessor on our behalf and also arranged for the necessary survey, remedial actions required and follow-up visits. When the structure was all in place, he arranged training for our staff and gave them access to register new employees on the training portal. When we scheduled our first fire Drills, he helped us walk through the processes, measurement of performance and, afterwards, gave suggestions for improvements. Ray gives a full-service experience and makes things easy to understand for the layman.
